Lecture and Classroom discussions (Tool-Power Point Presentations), Classroom discussions through case studies of different cities, Learning activities for the students :

Exposure to current urban development plans through presentations and lectures

Continuous Assessment test on the topic/quiz, student presentations and assignments.
