Teaching certain quantitative methods, statistical techniques and methods to collect and analyze the data would help them organize and analyze the information gathered by them.

Measures of Central Tendency: Mean, Median, Mode.
Measures of Dispersion: Index of Qualitative Variation; Quartile Deviation, Standard Deviation, Co-efficient of Variation.
Co-Relation: Meaning and Features, Rank Co-Relation; Product Moment Co-Relation.
Process of Hypothesis Testing; Chi-Square Test.
