The Department of Sociology as a part of Rural community Engagement organised a field visit in Ganwar Brahman a village closer to Jaipur on 18/1/20 with Dr Pragya Sharma as the faculty coordinator .The students of Masters of Social Work and Sociology visited the village. They interacted with the villagers and during the interaction first they met the sarpanch to know the brief about the village for doing the base line survey.The students carried an interview schedule that covered the problems villagers were facing .The trip was truly an exposure to the challenges Indian villages face.
