On completion of this course, the students will be able to;

CO66:Understand and appreciate  the  process of development of sociology in India

CO67:Apply theoretical concepts for understanding the processes of social change and development

CO68:Evaluate the ideas of Indian thinkers on the features of Indian society.

CO69:Develop a critical outlook towards the theoretical perspectives to understand their relevance in current scenario.

CO70: Analyze the reciprocal relationship between individual and society

Lecture and Classroom discussions(Tool-Powerpoint Presentations), Discussions and Exposure to video lectures of thinkers available on the media, Lectures and classroom discussions on the basis of case studies and real life situations.

Continuous Assessment Test on the topic/Quiz, students would be required to make presentations
